Gluten and Dairy Free Beef Goulash

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 500 g braising beef diced
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 pepper diced
  • 2 tsps smoked paprika
  • pinch of chilli flakes
  • 200 g chopped tomatoes
  • 100 ml beef stock
  • salt and pepper for seasoning


  • Add the olive oil into a saucepan over a medium heat
  • Saut√© the garlic, onion, peppers, paprika, chilli flakes and beef for 5 minutes
  • Add in the tomatoes and beef stock
  • Bring to the boil and then simmer for 40 minutes or until the sauce is thick and glossy
  • Serve with boiled rice and gluten free pitta bread
