Gluten and Dairy Free BBQ Steak & Potato Wedges

Ingredients

For the BBQ Steak:

  • 2 minute steaks
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon granulated onion
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

For the Potato Wedges:

  • 4 large potatoes, sliced into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • salt and pepper for seasoning

 

Method

  1. Mix together all the ingredients for the steak seasoning
  2. Rub on the steaks and put in the fridge to marinade while you make the potato wedges
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  4. Mix the wedges, olive oil, seasoning and turmeric together
  5. Spread out on a lined baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes
  6. Heat a drizzle of olive oil on a high heat in a shallow pan
  7. Cook the steaks for about a minute on each side
  8. Serve with the wedges, salad and a mayo dip
