Gluten and Dairy Free BBQ Steak & Potato Wedges

BBQ Steak & Potato Wedges

Ingredients
  

For the BBQ Steak:

  • 2 minute steaks
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon granulated onion
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

For the Potato Wedges:

  • 4 large potatoes sliced into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • salt and pepper for seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Mix together all the ingredients for the steak seasoning
  • Rub on the steaks and put in the fridge to marinade while you make the potato wedges
  • Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  • Mix the wedges, olive oil, seasoning and turmeric together
  • Spread out on a lined baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes
  • Heat a drizzle of olive oil on a high heat in a shallow pan
  • Cook the steaks for about a minute on each side
  • Serve with the wedges, salad and a mayo dip
