Banana & Raspberry Breakfast Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g frozen raspberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 100 ml dairy free milk
  • 1 tablespoon gluten free granola
  • 1 tablespoon blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon desiccated coconut

Instructions
 

  • Place the raspberries, banana and dairy free milk in the blender
  • Blitz until smooth
  • Pour into a bowl
  • Top with gluten free granola, blueberries and granola
