Gluten and Dairy Free Banana Peanut Butter Chia Seed Pudding


Serves 1


  • 1 medium sized banana
  •  120ml dairy free milk
  • 2 teaspoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds


  1. Place the banana, milk and peanut butter in a blender and blitz until smooth
  2. Pour into a bowl and stir in the chia seeds
  3. Refrigerate over night
  4. Top with some banana and a drizzle of peanut butter
