Gluten and Dairy Free Balsamic Glazed Salmon

Serves 4



  1. Place the balsamic vinegar and sugar in a small saucepan over a medium heat
  2. Stir until the sugar is dissolved
  3. Bring to the boil and then reduce the heat until it is bubbling gently
  4. Cook for 20 minutes until reduced by about half and is thick and sticky
  5. Preheat the oven to 200 oC
  6. Place the salmon in an oven proof dish
  7. Season with salt and pepper
  8. Brush with the balsamic glaze
  9. Bake for 15 minutes
  10. Brush with a little more balsamic glaze and serve with a leafy salad
