Gluten and Dairy Free Apple Pie Overnight Oats Meal Prep Box

Serves 2


  • 100g gluten free oats
  • 30g cashew nuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 200ml dairy free milk
  • 2 apples
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


  1. Place the oats, cashew nuts and cinnamon in a bowl
  2. Stir in the honey, milk and one grated apple
  3. Mix until well combined
  4. Split between two tubs
  5. Cut the remaining apple into wedges and toss in the lemon juice
  6. Place on top of the overnight oats
  7. Chill in the fridge and enjoy for breakfast
