  • 2 apples peeled, cored and diced
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon or mixed spice
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 8 tablespoons dairy free coconut yoghurt
  • 8 tablespoons gluten free granola


  • Place the diced apples, lemon juice, cinnamon/mixed spice and water in a small saucepan over a medium heat
  • Cook until the apples are soft
  • Set aside to cool
  • Layer up the coconut yoghurt, apples and granola
