Gluten and Dairy Free Apple, Mango & Basil Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 250ml apple juice
  • 1 mango, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 2 handfuls of mixed greens (spinach, kale etc)
  • 3 basil leaves

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth
