Dairy and Gluten Free Guacamole and Salsa

Two simple recipes for guacamole and salsa, perfect for your Mexican cooking.



  • 2 ripe avocados
  • juice of half a lime
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 teaspoons corinader leaf
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chilli paste
  • 1/2 ripe tomato
  • salt & pepper for seasoning


  • 4 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 red onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli paste
  • 1 teaspoon coriander leaf
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • salt & pepper for seasoning


For the Guacamole:

  • Combine the avocados, lime juice, red onion, chilli and tomato and either mash or blitz in a food processor
  • Transfer into a small bowl and add the coriander leaf and season to taste with salt and pepper

For the Salsa:

  • Combine all the ingredients together in a small bowl
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper
