I’m on a day off today and taking a bit of time to get caught up on the Christmas recipes for the website. This afternoon I baked a delicious Tarta Di Santiago which is a lovely Spanish almond cake often served at Christmas. I have a few other recipes ready to go like Brownie Gift Jars, Party Food Ideas, Iced Mince Pies and Peppermint White Hot Chocolate. Hopefully I have a recipe that suits everyone over December.
Tonight’s recipe is a perfect winter warmer – Chicken Cacciatore. I think traditional cacciatore has olives in it – I have omitted them as it is one of the few things I don’t actually like.
