I’ve finally finished shuffling furniture around in the study and it now looks twice as big. I’m not sure why, although I have plenty of room, I’ve never really settled in one particular place to work from home. Fingers crossed the new study layout suits me for the next few months while we continue to work at home. Like many of you I’m counting the days until we can return to the office!
Tomorrow I’m planning on doing some baking – I’m thinking some mint chocolate biscuits which might be perfect for Christmas. Today’s baking recipe is for a caramelised orange and grapefruit cake. Grapefruit isn’t a flavour you see a lot in baking but I think it works really well with the this cake. You could swap it for either lemon, lime or more orange if you don’t fancy the grapefruit.
