Hope you are all having a good weekend. I spent Saturday, out doors, with family. Luckily it was cold but dry so we had a wander along the beach and then teated ourself to some fish and chips. Luckily our favourite place always offers gluten free fish and chips:
Its definitely getting colder in Scotland and as well as looking out my winter clothes I’ve also started eating a fair amount of porridge for breakfast. I made this delicious coconut and mango gluten free porridge the other day and have typed it up as a quick recipe.
