I need to get back to being more organised and setting up all my posts for the week on a Sunday morning! Over the last month I think my recipe posts have been getting later on every week. Work is really busy just now and it can be tricky to find the time to fit it all in.
Tonight’s recipe is for this delicious pasta dish made up purely from things I had in my fridge that needed used up. Turned out to be one of my favourite pasta creations for a while so thought I would share it with you.
As with any of my recipes you can swap around the vegetables and prawns to suit your preference.
