Hope you are all having an amazing weekend. As a little treat last night I had the best Chinese takeaway. Out of all the takeaway options I always find Chinese the hardest to get something gluten free. Luckily I have a found a local place that do a lot of gluten free – they offer rice noodles and can easily tailor their dishes to suit me. They also have a separate fryer for chips so chilli salt chips is back on the menu for me.
When I’m actually cooking for myself, pasta is one of my go to dish. After a busy day at work you can get a tasty dinner on the table in under 30 minutes every time with pasta. My latest pasta creation was a creamy sauce with chicken, tomato and spinach.
