I’m probably a bit cheeky calling this a recipe – it is more of an idea. As I’m still working at home, and will be for at least the rest of the year, I’m trying out a few healthier snacks. I either work in upstairs in the study or in the kitchen – when I’m in the kitchen the temptation to snack all day is very real!
My favourite little bite at the moment are these apple slices which I spread with natural peanut butter, a sprinkle of my homemade gluten free granola and then I drizzle on a little dairy free dark chocolate. Let me know if you have any healthy snack ideas.
