Although I like this photo, for some reason it makes the portion size of this breakfast look tiny. I think it is a combination of these beautiful glasses being huge and the angle I took the photograph at.
I made this breakfast sundae as an alternative to my usual smoothie bowl to switch things around a bit. It is kind of like a cross between a frozen yoghurt and a smoothie bowl. It is really easy to make some from just a few simple ingredients – berries, a banana and some dairy free yoghurt. You can top it with anything you like from your store cupboard and fridge – I went blueberries and gluten free granola.
