It’s a good evening in the Kennedy household – my gluten free bread delivery has arrived. I’m happy I now have a freezer full of delicious bagels, bread and rolls and Ollie cat is delighted he has a cardboard box to sit in. Tonight’s recipe is for hearty beef goulash which always make me think of my sister. I was still at school when my sister started university in Dundee so I would sometimes take the train up from Stirling to visit her. In her first year she was in the university accommodation and they always seemed to serve (a very watery) beef goulash for dinner. I can guarantee this is a tastier version.
