I hope you are all having a good week so far. I started back at work on Monday after 2.5 weeks off – for once I put my work phone and laptop into the study and didn’t touch it once. I’m feeling refreshed but it was definitely a shock to the system when the alarm goes off at 6am.
I must apologise for this post if you are trying to cut back this January! However if you are doing Veganuary good news is this recipe is vegan as well as gluten free. I’ve made some mini gluten and dairy free peanut butter cups to top this decadent sundae of vanilla ice cream, peanut butter and chocolate sauce (all dairy free as well).
