This year I’m taking a different approach to planning out the website – hopefully it will work out well. I want to make sure I have a balance of recipes that I share over the week like a breakfast, a main meal and maybe a little treat dessert or cake.
I’m obsessed with my A5 planner that I take everywhere with me and use for my day job and website planning. I’ve written out the recipes I aim to share for the next four months using a combination of ones I have already photographed and things I would like to make from the ideas section in my planner. This approach has given me a list of recipes I need to focus on rather than jumping around randomly. I’ll let you know how it goes.
Today’s recipe is for mini banana bread donuts – I don’t know why I use the American spelling but I always have for some unknown reason. Years ago I got these lovely little mini silicon donut mould trays from Lakeland which are perfect for baked donuts. I’ve added in all the flavours from my favourite banana bread recipes to make these little treats.
