I’ve had this recipe for ages but decided to keep it until Christmas time as I thought it would be a perfect recipe for party food. This year I’m having a buffet lunch and quiz on Christmas Eve so I’ll be looking for easy little recipes like this.
As there is so much to do at Christmas and there is a bigger choice in the shops now I think my buffet will be a nice balance of homemade and shop bought treats.
These prawns are dipped in gluten free breadcrumbs with coconut and shallow fried for a lovely crispy coating. I recommend serving these prawns with a little sweet chilli dipping sauce.
