I haven’t made a new smoothie bowl recipe for ages – I’ve been sticking with my favourite blueberry and pear one. Weirdly enough I never really ate peanut butter prior to having to cut out dairy – now I can’t get enough of it. My favourite combination is either with chocolate or berries.
If I wasn’t disorganised and had planned to make this after I had my weekly shopping delivered then I would have topped it with some strawberries and granola.
