I made these little cupcakes a few weeks ago when I had my family over for dinner. I haven’t really been doing a lot of baking recently as it has been too hot to have the oven on. In the next few weeks you are going to see the non-bake dessert recipes appear on my site that I have been doing instead. It’s been all about the no bake peanut butter cheesecake and chocolate banoffee pie in my house.
