Yippee it’s Friday and I’m looking forward to catching up with some friends that are up from London for a couple of days. They are out of the country next month so have very kindly organised a little early birthday get together for me. Fingers crossed that the sun keeps shining and the dress I ordered arrives before I leave!
Today’s recipe is a neat little idea for a serving your granola a bit different. My regular followers will know that I like to make my own granola and always have a large tub of it in the kitchen. I’ve topped fresh berries and chopped apples with granola and baked it in the oven until the top is golden and crispy and the fruit tender. Served with a big scoop of dairy free coconut yoghurt makes a fun start to the day.
