I’m back to reality after a fun four days in Sweden. I had Friday and Monday off work and we went on a very last minute trip to Gothenburg after securing some cheap flights. My favourite part was sailing round Gothenburg’s archipelago – a collection of small islands.
Gluten free food was easy to find and everywhere seemed really clued up on cross contamination. We had lots of great food and also made time to grab a quick gluten free McDonalds!
I didn’t really have this breakfast bowl on my list of recipes to add to the site but I ordered some cherries with my shopping and when they arrived I though they were photograph worthy. I’ve combined them with frozen banana, mango and dairy free milk to make this delicious bowl. I’ve topped it with more cherries, gluten free granola and some desiccated coconut – a perfect start to any day.
