Hope you are all having a good week so far. It is the start of a global fitness challenge at work this week. Lots of companies have signed up round the world, you get into little teams of seven and record how much exercise and steps you have done each day.
It all gets a bit competitive but is good fun. I didn’t have the best start to the challenge as I got a lift to work as I went via the hospital. I still managed to beat my 10,000 step target so not too bad.
Now I’ve talked a little bit exercise I feel I can share a chocolate recipe. These truffles reminded me of Viscount biscuits I used to get when I was a little girl for an after dinner treat.
