Hope you are all having a good week. I’m back at work after a lovely weekend in Devon visiting my friend and his family. We went to the local point-to-point horse racing, explored the local villages and had a BBQ campfire.
Tonight’s recipe is my favourite treat pudding at the moment – the dairy free ice-cream just makes this milkshake. It is also loaded with fresh bananas and homemade dairy free caramel sauce.
