I’m enjoying my Easter stash of chocolate. I’m lucky enough that my parents went on the hunt to get a gluten and dairy free Easter Egg as soon as they became available in the shops. They went with this lovely Belgian chocolate one from Asda.
Back to eggs of the non-chocolate variety – one of my favourite things for breakfast. At the weekend I like to take a bit of time to make a special breakfast, like this one. This little bowl is packed full of bacon, crispy potatoes, dairy free cheese and topped with a soft baked egg.
