I’m always after some new ideas for breakfast that are interesting but easy to make as most of the time I’m in a rush. This simple little dish is based on a banana split (I do have a recipe for the traditional version on the site as well).
I’ve topped my split banana with dairy free coconut yogurt, raspberries, strawberries and a sprinkle of gluten free granola. I’ve then finished it off with a drizzle of my favourite peanut butter.
