Hope you are all having a lovely weekend. It is a beautiful day here and we headed down to the beach at North Berwick. I had the most amazing gluten and dairy free burger with caramelised onion, coleslaw and fries at the local pub followed by a lemon sherbet vegan ice cream from the ice cream parlour.
I made this lovely spaghetti dish for my parents the last time they were over for dinner. I used the Co-op free from spaghetti, it cooks up really nicely without sticking together like some gluten free pasta can. I’ved flaked salmon through a Cajun and lemon sauce with roast tomatoes. Tastes amazing and best of all it is super quick and easy to put together.
