I’m really lucky that the local Chinese takeaway does an amazing job at gluten free. One of my favourite dishes they do is a lovely chicken satay curry. Rather than chicken kebabs with some peanut sauce on the outside this dish comes with a spiced peanut sauce, chicken and vegetables.
I try to be good and not have takeaway too often so I’ve had a go at making this dish myself at home. I’m like a child with broccoli but recently I’ve discovered I like it stir fried with some garlic and sesame, but definitely not boiled! I used the remaining broccoli to make a sticky beef and broccoli bowl – I’ll share the recipe for that soon.
