Start Valentine’s Day with these pretty red velvet pancakes. I’ve packed all the best bits of a red velvet cake into this breakfast dish. The topping is dairy free cream cheese drizzle poured over fluffy red pancakes.
You should always have a bit of chocolate on Valentine’s Day – even those of us that are dairy free! These little triple layered chocolate cakes are really easy to make. I’ve sandwiched them together with a homemade dairy free buttercream and decorated them with pretty Valentine themed bits and pieces.
These cupcakes would make a great little handmade gift for your gluten and dairy free loved one. I’ve recently starting making a few more handmade gifts for birthdays and Christmas and people really appreciate the effort you have gone to.
