A couple of weeks ago I posted a recipe for a roasted tomato and basil tart and promised I would make a sweet dessert version. Well, hey presto here it is and as a bonus it is also egg free and vegan friendly.
I actually bought my first Christmas present today. I’ll also need to start thinking about some new gluten and dairy free Christmas recipes for the website. Every year I say I’m going to be organised and plan the Christmas recipes in advance but I never do.
