It’s time for this week’s three gluten and dairy free recipes and the first one is an old favourite. I’ve been looking at my soup recipes again as it is definitely the soup time of the year.
This soup was one of the first recipes I shared on the website when I started it over 4 years ago. It had bad photography and had kind of fallen through the cracks. I think it deserves some TLC so I’ve rephotographed it and I’m sharing it again.
It’s easy to make, cheap to put together, freezes well and tastes great – so its an all round winner in my opinion. For this week’s packed lunch I’ve made some red Thai sweet potato soup. What is your go to gluten and dairy free soup recipe?
