I’m back with another curry recipe and this time for one of my favourites – Saag Chicken. Basically it is a mild flavoured curry made with lots of spinach. I was pretty pleased that the sauce kept the nice bright green colour of the spinach rather than turn that kind of murky colour spinach sometimes does.
You can make this curry in under 30 minutes so it is the perfect dinner for busy week nights. Although it has quite a few ingredients listed hopefully you have a lot of them already in your store cupboard.
