It’s the end of another action packed week and I’m excited to be going to Edinburgh Zoo tomorrow with my niece for her first visit there. I’ve checked ahead and they assure me the cafe has plenty of gluten and dairy free options available so I’m looking forward to lunch out with everyone.
I’m totally distracted writing this post as I have the worst foot cramp ever – I totally hate that!
Anyway back to today’s recipe and its a new idea for breakfast time. I love, love, love prep ahead breakfast as I’m always in a rush in the morning – I’m guilty of hitting the snooze button then having to rush around to get to the train station on time. Lovely fresh apples are mixed together with chia seeds, spices and sultanas.
