I’m a bit behind with the website this week. I usually have all my posts scheduled and ready to go at the weekend. I had a friend visiting from London on Saturday and Sunday was taken up doing other bits and pieces so I never got round to it.
I’m off work tomorrow so fingers crossed I’ll have a bit of time to catch up.
Tonight’s recipe is for this beautiful honey sriracha beef – perfectly sizzled and served with overnight roasted vegetables and fries. I’m not going to write a long post as I have a gluten and dairy free banana and peanut butter cupcake waiting with my name on it.
