I’ve shared few chia pudding recipes with you before that I’ve made with a combination of dairy free milk and natural yoghurt. This time I’ve tried something a bit different and soaked the chia seeds in the natural juices from gently stewed strawberries and apples. Once I refrigerated overnight and topped with some dairy free yoghurt and a sprinkle of homemade gluten free granola I had a perfect summer breakfast.
Fingers crossed this warm weather continues and we are finally on the way to summer. If not at least I’ve managed to have one barbecue this year.
