Gluten and Dairy Free Chocolate & Lime Cupcakes

Hello

Does anyone remember the sweets chocolates limes? They were hard boiled lime sweet on the outside with a soft chocolate centre. For some reason I was thinking about them the other day so decided to use it as inspiration for a new cupcake flavour combination.
