This recipe is the epitome of a simple but very tasty dinner idea. You can make it even quicker if you want by using already prepped and cooked prawns and a pouch of microwavable rice.
The tomato rice is full of flavour from the prawns, chorizo, onion, garlic and basil. As always when buying chorizo double check the ingredients as some do contain milk but I’ve found I can easily find one without in most supermarkets.
