Chia seeds are a bit of fashionable thing to have for breakfast, maybe that craze has already passed for something else, I don’t know! I actually really like them even though I wasn’t sure if I would. They are very versatile and don’t really taste of much which gives you the opportunity to add in some great flavours.
This time I’ve blended together almond milk, banana and peanut butter for the ultimate chia seed pudding – a treat anytime of the day.
