I’ve recently discovered that a Chinese restaurant in the little village next to me offers a fairly large selection of dishes that are gluten and dairy free. It’s great being able to have another take away option whenI have friends round. Last time we shared chicken with cashew nuts, chicken Szechwan, vegetable rice, chilli salt chips and BBQ roast ribs – very exciting to find this all gluten free.
Today’s recipe is following the Chinese theme and is for pork and mushroom noodles. My favourite gluten free noodles are made by King Soba.
