Sorry this post is slightly delayed I meant to post it yesterday but it never got to the top of my to do list. I went back to work on Thursday after my elbow operation, it was great to be back to some normality. I’m a chartered accountant but a lot of my job is people focused so I really enjoy it. Can’t wait til next Tuesday when I get my stitches out, always makes you more comfortable after any op.
Enough of the medical updates and onto the food! Hands up if you miss proper crusty bread? I have been working over the last few months on some gluten and dairy free bread recipes and my latest mission as been crusty French baguettes.
