I’m hoping to have a relaxing Sunday today – locked away in my study working on the website with maybe a little trip to the kitchen to do some baking. I’ve got a lot of recipes photographed I need to type up so I can share them with you and also a few eating out recommendations from some city trips I’ve been on.
Today’s recipe is for this gluten and dairy free chocolate and berry celebration cake. I’ve actually made this cake twice in the last month, once for my Dad’s 70th birthday and for a friend’s 50th more recently.
I first saw someone making chocolate cigarillos on the Great British Bake Off and was inspired to try them with dairy free dark chocolate. They are actually easier to make than they look.
