Gluten and Dairy Free Paprika and Oregano Bread


I’m keeping up my promise to work on more gluten free bread recipes and I’m actually really enjoying it.  This tasted amazing but was a little bit of a funny shape as my cuts on the top were a little deep but I’m still learning and it doesn’t affect the taste.

I served this bread with some spiced sausage creamy tomato pasta for dinner and then toasted the rest the next day with some scrambled egg for breakfast.

Next on my bread making list is some flatbreads and a French stick recipe.
