Hope you are all enjoying the weekend. I’m down in London visiting friends. So far I’ve had loads of amazing gluten and dairy free food. I’ll share that in a post later in case anyone is heading there soon and is after a few recommendations.
Today’s recipe is for some simple chicken and chorizo kebabs. I had these for dinner with some Mediterranean vegetable rice as the kebab flavouring reminded me of paella.
They are also perfect cold for lunch the next day.
