After all the Halloween cakes I’ve shared in the last few days I thought I had better share a healthy recipe! This delicious bowl of goodness can be used as a dessert or for breakfast. The natural yoghurt and frozen banana make this super creamy but not as heavy as ice-cream. The sharpness of the passionfruit is offset by the sweet pineapple – you can top this with whatever you like. If using for breakfast it is great with a couple of tablespoons of granola on top.
