Hope you are all having a fun weekend and have a great Sunday planned. I’m hoping for a relaxing Sunday after a busy few days decorating a bedroom.
I made these currant buns about a month ago, I was after something similar to a fruit bread but in a little bun. They are slightly crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. The buns taste perfect while still slightly warm and spread with some strawberry jam. As well as being gluten and dairy free they are also egg free making them suitable for vegans.
