Gluten and Dairy Free Chocolate & Berry Overnight Oats

Hello everyone, hope you are all having a great weekend whatever you are up to.  Decorating is going well in the study – I’m sitting here on the computer while my Dad is painting!  I just want to put in the pretty accessory things rather than do the manual labour – this afternoon really is going to be a case of watching paint dry.

I haven’t shared a new breakfast recipe for a while so I thought I would post my new favourite breakfast from last week – overnight oats.  This is the perfect breakfast for people like me that rush around like mad in the morning but still want to squeeze in a substantial breakfast.  You can prepare these oats the night before and they are ready to grab in the morning.

You can change up the flavouring, I went with chocolate and berry, but if you are omitting the chia seeds do use a bit less milk.  I think a peanut butter and banana flavoured overnight oats are calling me to be made.
