Morning everyone, I’m on holiday from work today and after a lovely weekend away with friends I am supposed to be tidying out the study. Unfortunately in my usual way of doing things in the wrong order I bought a new computer to put in the study when it was finished but I’m just playing with that instead.
My excuse for using the new computer is to share this new recipe recipe with you. I’m trying out new gluten free noodles as there seems to be a large choice available if you shop around. I picked up a packet of ClearSprings gluten free brown rice noodles to try – they are nice and wide rather than being the thin rice noodles. I added some vegetables, prawns and a simple sauce. Quick and easy for busy week nights but packed with flavour.
