Hope you are all having a fab week. I’m back in at work today following the excitement of my trip to London for the Allergy and Free From Show. Later this week I’ll type up a post on the show and my favourite finds. I’ll also talk a bit about the Free From Fairies Wholesome gluten free flour and make a lovely recipe with it.
I get asked a lot about what snacks people can make that are gluten and dairy free. These bars are perfect for snack time with a cup of tea or with some fruit and a yoghurt for breakfast. They can also be individually wrapped and then stored in the freezer until you are ready to use them.
